Our History
Boy Scout Troop 31 was formed in April 1913, making it:
- The longest established Boy Scout Troop in City of Rochester
- The second oldest troop in Monroe County
- The second oldest troop in Seneca Waterways Council
- Older than Seneca Waterways Council itself (formed in 1918)
