Experienced Trained Leaders
Scoutmaster Staff
Our Scoutmaster staff consists of 10-15 highly trained adults, each with several years of troop leadership experience. They are dedicated to providing quality guidance and mentorship to every Scout.
Troop Committee
Our 15-member troop committee includes 7 Ex-Scoutmasters, several with over 40 years of Scouting leadership experience. This wealth of knowledge ensures our program remains strong and effective.
Outdoor Adventure Program
Monthly Camping
Camping each month from September through June, except December during our Tree Sale fundraiser.
Massawepie Summer Camp
Experience summer camp in the Adirondacks near Tupper Lake for one or two weeks. This has been our tradition for over 60 years.
High Adventure Opportunities
For boys with 4 years of Scouting experience, we offer incredible high adventure opportunities:
- Philmont Scout Ranch - New Mexico
- Canoe Trip - Boundary Waters in Minnesota and Canada
- Sea Base - Florida Keys
- National and World Jamborees

Meeting Location
Boy Scout Troop 31 has always been sponsored by and held meetings at Third Presbyterian Church, which is located at the corner of Meigs Street and East Avenue in Rochester.
